Yesterday, I did Les Mils pump for first time in a long time and I am stiff. It seemed easy when I was doing it, but guess I am not in as good of shape as I thought. For now I am adding the weight lifting around 2-3 times a week in addition to my walking. I have been lucky this winter with walking as the weather has been mild here so far. It isn't as easy when it goes below zero and starts to sting the nose. Hope all of you have a great day and complete some goal you want to complete. Because after all it isn't all about weight it is about feeling good about yourself.
