Its a new day, a new week

Feeling motivated again. I look in the mirror and I don't think it looks worse so I know I have kept the weight off. I went running outside again yesterday. I have ran 2 miles in 20 minutes by myself, without the dog. If it stays warm I will go run again.


I have been going over my food allotment. I am doing to shut that down now! I have been so good with my intake and I felt like I had that under control. Two days over isn't bad. Its not great but it could be worse. My husband on the other hand wanted cake so we baked a cake and he insisted that I make my famous butter cream icing to put on top. I had a small piece and that was all I needed. I tried to convince him to take the rest of it to work and failed. I told him we will have to finish it.

I have some new recipe plans. My girlfriend dropped off venison and pheasant for us on Saturday. Looking forward to whatever I come up with. Wednesday I will be headed to the store for more vegetables. I eat over a cup per meal. It doesn't last long at all. Before too long I have eaten all the good stuff in the house. ug! thats good though at least im not eating all the crap in here.

    During the football game yesterday, I noticed that we had no junk for snacking. Amazing the satisfying qualities of a glass of ice water, (Especially when that is all there is LOL!)
