Bad Start

Monday, January 14, 2013

Good Morning Sparkers,

Well I had a bad start to my morning, motivation gone and went for the lucky charms. Well after eating it didn't really like the taste. So it was pitched today (not much left in the box anyways). I decided this morning wouldn't define my day though. I brought my hummus crackers and fruit for my morning snack, a healthy lunch and planned a healthy dinner. I also plan on getting my workout in after work since I was unmotivated this morning. Too many times if the morning started incorrectly I would let that define my day, but I am proud of myself I did not let that happen today. emoticon

Some mornings we just want lucky charms. ha ha! It is okay and now you didn't really care for them which probably made you feel better about it. Good luck with your workout. I only got 23 minutes of mine in this morning so I will be doing more tonight as well.

That is wonderful, it is hard for most of us to convert a bad start of the day to a good day overall. Keep up the great work!

it is never to late to start.

my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 walking 15000 steps a day.

i have lost 44 pounds by giving up grain and sugar products at age 60..

i walk 15000 steps a day.

i use a salad plate as my dinner plate.

i keep mandrtan oranges in the fridge. when the sweet tooth comes on i grab one or two tablespoons of the fruit.
