Goals for the Week of Jan 14-20

Last Week:

1 - Go to the gym every night I work.
2- Eat at least 5 fruits and/or veggies per day.
3 - Eat breakfast everyday.
4 - Walk 7,500 steps per day.
5 - Stop obsessing over my plateau.

1 - Done
2 - Done
3 - Not done
4 - Not done
5 - DONE!

Goals for this week:

1 - 20+ minutes on the elliptical each night I go to the gym.
2- Eat at least 6 fruits/veggies per day.
3 - Eat breakfast everyday.
4 - Walk 7,500 steps per day.
5 - Push closer to my next mini-goal (lose 10% of current weight, 4 pounds to go)
