Drink your water!!!
...but, pace it.
One of my new years 'goals' (i hate the word resolution) is to really try to get my water intake where it should be. Thing is, if COFFEE counted towards one's water goal I'd be considered the most hydrated person in the world! But a regular glass of water? I'm horrible.
Anyhoo yesterday I was out most of the day and got in later in the evening and wouldn't you know it my water ounceage was flatline, so I started drinking. I put on the DVR and said to myself "Everytime there is a commercial I will take five big gulps."
Needless to say, by the end of my 'recommended 63 ounces', I felt like I cartoon character waiting for someone with a pin to stick my belly and have a fountain of water come out.
I don't even want to say how many 'trips to the little girls room' i had to take overnight.
NOT the ideal way of drinking water.
But I did it. I got my goal yesterday. Better late than never.
But today - I am totally pacing myself.
The moral of the story is... start drinking your water now, you DONT want to have last minute cramming, and it's good for you!!! :)
