Good morning to everyone from the DFW area of Texas!
Wow! That 1st floor construction really gave me fits, but I finally completed my mission. I am now more comfortable with it and can move on to this 2nd floor, which for me, will be a more intense floor to build. I'm going to have to do a lot more hammering at this one. Each separate floor has it's own intensity for me.
2ND FLOOR "NEVER":
I will, to the best of my ability, decision making, and choices I make, understand and accept, that I can eat small portions of any food, but not choose from this "style and amounts" of this kind of "menu" again:
"all you can eat(s)"
"buy one-get one free" and then eat both of them
as much salad as you want that will "fit on a scale"
"baked potato bars" with all of the toppings
"smothered in" foods
"unlimited" bread sticks and rolls
chips with "bet you can't eat just one" and then prove the theory right (ouch!)
the list could go on!
For me, I have to "get this thing and lifestyle in my head" in order to make a permanent change that I can live with. I've been working on the body (and will continue to do so) and now I'm trying to put in as much effort in working on the mind! They both go together!
Nail by nail and board by board, I'm starting today on my next floor!
I'll keep you posted when 3rd floor is ready to begin.
