Well it seemed to help keeping the hands busy. I did not overeat and accomplished quite a bit around the house which is always good. I get two days off a week so need to learn to make the best of them.
I tracked all day Sunday food wise which is a first since coming back to the SPark. I am going to call that a NSV. it so helps when I plan out just what is going in my mouth. I will say I wanted to eat but somehow managed to just say NO
Anyway its a new week all. Lets make progress on our goals big and small.
