So I've been living in a hotel for the past couple of weeks. It's been difficult but I've gotten a routine down to where for the most part I eat breakfast in my room, and I pack my lunch for work. For dinner I've been going out so I can at least have one hot meal a day.
It's been difficult. I'm trying not to feel like I'm bored and snacking just because. So far that's been ok. My biggest problem has been when I get home from work I'm starving so I have a snack but then we go out for dinner and I end up eating there too. Ugh.. I know I need to learn to my body more and I'm trying. I just feel off the entire time I'm here.
One good thing is that if I want any kind of food I have to walk at night to go get it. I've also been doing about 3+ miles a day from just wandering around. That's definitely more walking then I've done in a long time.
I'm just hoping when I finally can weigh myself at home that it will be good news.
