Fear not or fear knot?

Monday, January 14, 2013

My life can be like a train station. I know that something is coming down the tracks, but I'm never sure how it will influence my life. Will it bring joy and prosperity? Will this train be full of problems and heart aches? Either way, it's coming!

As I watch the train approach, I have a choice: am I going to trust and be at peace, or get all anxious and full of fear about what might happen.

God says to us in Isaiah 41:10 So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you.
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
To fear or not to fear-that is today's question.

    Great pictures! I choose not to worry untill I know I have a reason to do so. Expect the best, plan for the worst, live, evaluate, adjust and repeat.

have a great week,

Wonderful analogies! Way to make us think, and to remember how to approach the "unknowns" in life!

Have a blessed day!

    I love the Scripture that defines, "What I feared has come upon me; what I dreaded has happened to me. ... For the fear which I feared hath come upon me: and that which I was afraid of, hath befallen me." (Job)
A stark warning from the Word to fear not or uh-oh, can you believe this will happen! I really enjoyed this today and hope you get tons of feedback!
