I am so tired this morning I did not want to get out of bed. I could not get comfortable last night when I went to bed, so I fell asleep way later than usual. I see a quick nap in my future at some point today or a really early bed time. I did weigh in yesterday and am down another 2 lbs emoticon making it 5.4 for the month so far!

Yesterday's goals:
45 mins of cardio - 55 emoticon
8 cups water - 10 emoticon
stay in calorie range - emoticon
cut sodium to under 2000mg - 2741 emoticon I'll do better today.
Lower Body ST - squats and extensions not a whole lot...

Today's goals:
45 mins of cardio
8 cups water
stay in calorie range
mind the sodium
SLEEP!
