My food entry journal is a little off considering my sleep schedule is terrible. I sleep from morning til late afternoon. But i am doing great on my Dieting part, not so much the exercising. I am still sore as poop from day one of exercising but i will eventually get used to it and get in the groove of things! thats all for now
