Happy New Year, To all my Spark Family. I'm still here, I am still working out 6 days a week I have had my weight off for over 3 years now. Give or take 7-8 lbs for thanksgiving LOL. God is so good. I Keep my weight around 145. The process is ever changing and evolving. This is still hard work. I still do not like working out. I must be ever aware of what I put in my mouth, but the benefits are so great. I love the way I look and feel in my cloths that is my pay off.
For anyone reading this blog, June 08 I weigh in at 225, Nov 09 I weight in 142. I went from a 2x-3x to a 4-6.
I am so blessed at 65 my body feels like it did when I was in my 40s. I did not start this journey until 2 month before my 61st birthday. I am still here and going strong.
I know that lifting weight, really helps. I feel the the key to my weight loose is all the muscle mass I have gain.
I was move to write this blog to inspire, To let that one person out there know that no matter the age it can be done. If I can do it You can.
