I had a fabulous weekend...we watched the miners win last night and today we went to ride our was fun. It tow of the 5 of us ended up flipping! The first guy was a very gentle flip, the second guy was as we were going up a very steep hill and he went over and landed on the front of our machine!!! All very exciting but we are grateful today that we all came home from a day of fun safe and sound. Things can change fast you guys. Don't forget that!

As we enter our third week of January, I want to know how you are doing? I feel like I'm really getting refocused and it makes me very happy. Hope you are all well and making progress!

    is it too late to answer on Tuesday? had a good weekend. tuesday is going less well. can be summed up in one word, well 2: dentist and dental-phobic.

    Sad my Seahawks miracle season has come to an end....Congrats on your 49'ers moving on. I am doing better. I have joined a new gym, since my last one closed. I am really liking the boot camp classes. They are difficult but doable since he splits exercises into 45 or 60 second "bites" and sprinkles a couple water breaks in, as well as stretching before and after class. I have met some nice people, and a couple of my closest friends work out there so I get to exercise with them, which is great. I am doing better with eating. I had a "come to Jesus" moment with myself about my claim that I don't eat fast food. Just because I don't go to McDonalds doesn't mean I don't eat fast food. Starbucks, smoothies, frozen yogurt - those are fast foods. Fast food doesn't have to include fries or grease of any kind. So, I have cleaned up that habit quite a bit. Glad you had fun, Mama, and that you are safe and sound.

    Busy, crazy weekend. Spent the weekend in the hospital with my dad. Everything is ok but he will have to follow up with Cardiology. some veggies and fruit today. some junk. Tomorrow is a new day. Think my week will start on Tuesday:)

    What the heck is a razor? All that flipping sounds dangerous.

I'm not all better yet but I gotta start tracking food again as of today. As I said before, I manage to eat when sick. Not crazy, but combine that with lack of exercise and it's easy to gain a couple of pounds. I'm enough improved to know I can't let it go anymore or I'll be sorry. So that's my plan for the week: track.

    I'm moving and watching what I eat. All about the baby steps. We have 49 lbs to figure out how to keep going. So far, every time I get to the 49 lbs down point, my body freaks out. I'm reading everything I can get my hands on to keep it from coming back this time.

I'm glad you had fun and that no one was hurt.
