Almost half way through the month, too!
So I had a whole week of no sugar, wheat or flour. Then last night, I went to a fundraiser.. Dinner was an hour late! I was soooooo hungry.. It was a billion courses and the second was pasta. SNARF! I ate it. So then I had cravings and caved for dessert even though I wasn't hungry.
I did reflect on the evening. If I had not eaten the pasta, I would have had enough (stuffed when the salad came out).. So next time, I will trust myself to say no to the trigger foods.
So it was a good night. :)
