Saying Goodbye to Former BLC Team, Friends Over Last Night and Posting My Weekend Challenge Results

Well it is time to say goodbye to the Warriors and hello to the Courageous Cougars. It was fun and challenging on the Warriors and i am looking forward to what will happen on my new team. a numr of members have already sent me a welcome message. I am going to post my results for my challenge on my blog cause the chat thread already closed for week 20. I will post them at the end of my blog. We had friends over last night and everyone enjoyed the food and the company. I was way over on my calories yesterday; because of the food at dinner. I did not get a chance to do my calories yesterday. We were too busy getting the last cleaning done and preparing for company. I intend to keep the house clean from now on. I did not get much sleep last night either because of coffee drank too late and my arm was hurting again in the night. So sad to say I did not get the 25 points challenge. Here is my info i found out about guava online. Yesterday my affirmation was to eat more healthy snacks. I only had 2 snacks and one of them was a banana. Today my affirmation is I will not call myself stupid. a lot of times i call myself stupid because i cannot figure out how to do something on the computer; or have too much trouble doing my asignment. I did more minutes of exercise yesterday and i used a resistance band to add more pounds to my work out for the do more part of my challenge. My CICO for yesterday was calories 1,844 BMR 1,528, exercise 387, totoal burned 1,915 and differential -71. As you can see I had a very high day. Today it was calories 1,449, BMr 1,528, exercise 387, Total burned 1,915 and differential of -466. We are going vegetarian this week to save some money and eat healthier. My plan as i told my former team is to keep working even if my arm bothers me; cause it will only get weaker if I leave it go. I will continue to keep my calories in range and work on my abs and get the last 6 pounds off of my body.

    If being stupid = not being able to figure out something on the computer, there's a lot of us in that boat. How about "being uninformed" instead?

    I like checking my calorie differential as well - it helps keep me honest! Maybe we can share our differentials on the team chat thread to help with accountability?

I missed what is the issue with your arm. . .you have the right idea to push it continuously but never too far or too much.

    I'll keep an eye on your blog tomorrow or Tuesday for the overall challenge points (or you can SparkMail them to me). I did not know that about guavas. I just picked up a juice for this week that has mangos and guavas and am curious to see how it tastes.

Take care of your arm. I know how that goes - as I've got a problem in my upper left arm. I have to make sure I'm not babying it too much, but at the same time make sure I'm not hurting it with the exercises I do. Good luck with that and enjoy Round 21 as a COUGAR!
