Early to bed...

Tonight I'm planning on being in bed by 9:30 tonight. One thing more to log and i'll be done! Today they have been calling for ice in the wee hours of the morn and I got my grocery shopping done, so I'm loaded with oodles of good things! (no...not junk food or candy) Bought lentils, white beans, black beans lots of fresh veggies and fruit...some turkey and fish so I have a good change up for mealtime.

I didn't manage to get any exercise done today, but I'll work on trying to make it up tomorrow!
