1. woke at 10:03 am
2. Bed at 1:40 pm
3. Use to have Routine: bed at 8:30-9:00 pm, and up at 5:00am
4. An egg 2 small biscuits, de-caf coffee with splenda and fat free vanilla creamer, this was about 6:30 pm. I don't normally eat this late I usually eat around 4-4:30 that way I'm not weighted down at night
5. I wasn't able to do any exercises today.
6. Do not drink Alcohol
7. Caffeinated drinks: 1-16 oz. Cups of Coffee when I woke
8. Prescription Meds: sleep meds 1 ml. oral, depression 1-20mg, Over-The-Counter: 1-prenatal vitamin/mineral supplement, 1-Digestion & Detox Support, 1-Multi-Fiber cleanse, 1- 1500mg CoQ10, 1-100mg Red Rice Yeast, 1- 1000mg Biotin, 1-500mg Krill, 1-500mg Glucosamine, 1-1000mg Zinc, 1-1000mg B Complex, 1- Black Cohosh, and 1-500mg C
9. I didn't take a nap today
10. Didn't really have stressors, I felt good today I rested well for a change, and the Rain, thunder and lightening helped me to relax. Slept like a baby last night!

12. 4-Wide Awake
13. 1-Calm


1. Roughly an Hour
2. Woke at 11:48 pm, and laid there til I went back to sleep. 3:05 am and 5:34 am both times laid in bed waiting to drift back to sleep. I woke 1 other times, but didn't look to see what time it was. I tossed and turned most of last night.
3. Roughly 4-5 hours.
