Great Spark Day!

My day started off great with an hour of bodypump and 9 glasses of water. Rewarded myself with some sausage for breakfast. Reset my goals yesterday as weight was reported wrong the first time ;lucky me in the process dropped 8 pounds overnight. Feel good about things tonight.

    I wanted to go to BP this morning. The traffic was horrendous and it was already full, so I did an hour of machine strength training. I also did an hour of dance with me. I was bummed that BP was full though.

Sounds like you are doing great! :) I did that also one. I lost 10 pounds in a day. lol :P
