It's late tonight. I'm tired. I've done great on my fitness yesterday, and today it was nutrition. I also got some fitness today, but took it easier.
Last week I really struggled with a few things. I did really well with tracking everything I ate. I also made great food choices. And kick started my fitness. With a foundation like this, over this next week I will:
- track everything I eat. Keep it under 2,000 calories. And focus on getting enough carbs every day
- drink 8 glasses of water a day.
- run at least three times this week. That will have me completing W1 of my C25K program. I know. I've run a half marathon already. But I'm out of shape, & put on weight. Lulu and I will be starting over fresh this week.
I think that's plenty. I'm sure I can meet these goals. Any weight loss that I achieve this week will just be a bonus side effect of these actions above.
I'm so excited to get this week started.
