So anyone who has ever followed my blog before knows that I struggle with seeing the difference in the mirror, and honestly - the scale and I have a love-hate relationship. Photos however, have been very effective for me to look back and recognize the changes so that I can adjust my mental image
I really buckled down and started working hard around three months ago. In that time I have lost 31 lbs, and I am happy to say I can see the difference in the photos. The left one above was taken the first week of Oct 2012, one on the right was today (67 degrees here in WV - mid January thaw!)
The photo below is from July (about the same weight that I was at the beginning of October, about 235) and the comparison is from today at 204.
Hope these help inspire any of you who have been a stuck like I was for most of the past 2 years...you can relight that fire!!
