Getting it together!

Today has been the culmination of a good weekend. I accomplished many things for the betterment of myself. I walked for at least an hour each day, I was well-within my food limits, and made sure I drank all of my water. I even got some good stretching done so I can stay flexible in this freezing weather.

The one thing that is frustrating me is that there are so few videos I can do that don't aggravate my arthritis. I am doing my best with that, but even the "n0-impact" videos require some form of kneeling, balanced aerobic movement (which my knees cannot take), or something else. I am focusing on things that don't overstress my stupid joints, but trying to get as much movement and benefit I can from what I am doing...

    Have you tried "Walk Away the punds" with Leslie Sansone? They sell them at Walmart- sometimes Target, and of course amazon and ebay. My favorite series is Walk away the opounds for the abs.

Its low impact, You don't need equipment or a lot of room, and the pace helps burn a lot of calories and fat, and doesn't aggravate joints.

The other thing is look into your local community center, YMCA Or gym for water aerobics classes, they are challenging, but very gentle on joints.
