Today has been the culmination of a good weekend. I accomplished many things for the betterment of myself. I walked for at least an hour each day, I was well-within my food limits, and made sure I drank all of my water. I even got some good stretching done so I can stay flexible in this freezing weather.
The one thing that is frustrating me is that there are so few videos I can do that don't aggravate my arthritis. I am doing my best with that, but even the "n0-impact" videos require some form of kneeling, balanced aerobic movement (which my knees cannot take), or something else. I am focusing on things that don't overstress my stupid joints, but trying to get as much movement and benefit I can from what I am doing...
