Today I reset all my streaks--it's time to get going again!
I decided to just try to eat more healthily, and to track what I eat, and to aim for more veggies and less junk. That's it--the whole plan.
Took 2 dogs for a 20-minute walk today, and yesterday I did some time on my recumbent bike. So I'm back in the groove.
