It is that time of year again. Time to set goals for the coming year. So here it goes. . . . .
My goal is to lose 20 lbs by March 11th weight goal 200;
lose 15 lbs by May 6 goal weight 185;
lose 15 lbs by July 1st, goal weight 170;
lose 15 lbs by Aug 19, goal weight 155;
lose 15 lbs by Oct 7, goal weight 140;
lose 15 lbs by Nov. 24, goal weight 125.
Goal weight reached!!!
Track my food intake on a regular basis- 5 x week
Exercise 4 to 6 days a week.
reduce medications that I am presently taking.
Now I need to put my goals in positive statements and look at them daily to help me reach my goals. This is the year that I am reaching my ideal weight.
Pay off 5 debts and have $1000 in savings.
