The afternoon workout kicked my butt for the second time in a row...but I still got through it. Sundays are a "No Calorie Count" day so that 2nd workout is really necessary to counteract the extra calories (though if I had to estimate, I still doubt that I went over 2000 calories - was only able to get down 1 1/2 bowls of chili and had a hamburger and leftover Mongolian stir fried vegetables).
They say it takes 21 days to make a habit. Well, I am here so I am hoping I have.
That said, kind of looking forward to a light workout day tomorrow and my rest day on Wednesday.
