I've struggled with this contraption for ages. A few minutes now and then with longer sessions at times. But, as a regular cardio challenge, I've not succeeded with this. However, today was my third day in a row. The first day was just 20 minutes before weight training session. Yesterday, I did 30 minutes of pretty intense work. Then today I actually managed another's 30 minutes followed by about 25 minutes of weights an then finished up with 20 minutes on the treadmill. Wow! Is this a fluke or can I keep going for awhile! I'm not sure, but I'm hoping for the best and I'm hoping that I'll lose some weight and get a bit stronger along the way. But,mostly, I hope this will be the beginning of the end of my all or nothing attitude. Thanks, Spark Coach!
