My plan for the BLC 21 is

emoticon Exercise everyday for at least 30 minutes or more.

emoticon Eat more freggies.

emoticon Eat healthy snacks

emoticon Take the dogs for walks more, when it's warm enough for the begining.

emoticon Not make excuses!!
