I try to use my Spark Points to show me what I'm doing wrong & what I'm doing right. When I have a lot of points, I know I'm learning new things, doing more things, know what I'm eating, etc. I was busy all day Saturday - running errands, walking & working out on Magic Island in Charleston, going to a reception where my photography was being featured in an art contest/showing, then home to do chores. I kept track of my eating & exercises, but because I didn't log-in on Saturday, I missed out on geting log-in points and lost my Spark Streak designation. I can understand when people don't even bother to log-in and update their information, but not those of us who do update it. Now I have to start over to earn a good Spark Streak. Oh well, at least I know I am still on that streak. Guess that's really all that counts in the long run. Prayers & hugs where needed.
