Today I have realized that weekends ruin me.

I totally get off my diet and binge horribly...especially when I go home for the weekend.

I did manage to go on a few walks with Ross or by myself which is a huge plus. Ross even helped me do some sit-ups and push-ups.

I just feel really down, but I am also ready to hit the gym when I get back to school.

Binging on unhealthy food does NOT make me feel better. It makes me feel worse...

    Add 3 teens in the house...and I'm NOT allowed to force them on MY diet (ie. healthy foods...fruits, veggies). I keep having to work on my thoughts about food in general, and why I eat when I'm not hungry... such a process!

Good luck in your journey towards health & fitness. Just don't quit or give up on yourself. You ARE worth it!

    Weekends are tricky...the fridge is always right there!!! I try to put the healthy options in front and some on the counter to make them easier to get to. Sometimes the moment or two it takes to "dig out" the less healthy options helps.

Yay you! for the sit ups and push ups! I have a hard time making myself do those! I love pilates since they have so many core exercises that aren't sit ups.
