I so slept in. (Missed church! Not good.) I need to adjust the week schedule - I was whupped.
I can't go up stairs, squat, bend over, stand up - everything hurts.
I managed to laz around in bed for most the morning - then had coffee with some junk tv.
I never get to watch tv! To bad I was too lazy to go find my Season 4 of SONS, it would of been very nice to catch up.
I had breakfast at 12! LOL
We left for ice skating at 2.
I was so dreading this, but promised my littlest if she slept in her own bed last week that this would be her reward. So off we went.
It was super crowded but we ended up having a really good time, and the skating stretched out the back of my legs. Who knew! So I feel better after skating then I did before. As a bonus I even burnt calories and played tag with the older kids.
We went out to dinner afterwards to Apple B's. I even managed to dodge the hamburger and fries and tried the "new" something chicken. Grilled Chicken with portabella's and onions, w/ red skin potatoes. I was listed on the under 520- calorie menu - I'll have to look it up later. Since I skipped lunch this puts me pretty low on the calorie count for the day. But I am full and happy at the moment and bed is soon.
So I have been on an 8 day exercise streak, I am right on schedule for the 1/2 training and I am calling it a really good start on the food. I will weigh in tomorrow and measure to check and see where I am at.
Then I am going to move my official weigh-ins to the gym's scale on Thursdays.
Hopefully I can dodge this cold / flu that everyone around me is coming down with!
