MINI GOALS- WEEK OF 1/13 TO 1/19

Diet Mini Goal: Limit Saturday's "Girls Day" to 2000 calories. Limit all other days to 1,200 calories.

Exercise Mini goal: Get 4 work out sessions in where I burn 300 calories or more each session.

Sleep Mini Goal: Get 8 hours of sleep each night.
