7: And the week just keeps going

Ba Humbug I had to work Saturday! It was okay, I just really am not a fan of working on the weekends. Normally I do not have to.

It was a killer week between work and all the working out. I had a hard time getting up and out the door, after Yoga I was feeling every muscle up the back of my body.

But I dragged myself in to work, got what I needed done, and was out of there about 3:30.

I didn't want to - but I made myself stop at the gym. So I got my 3 miles in on the treadmill on what ended up being a pretty intense workout.

50 minutes treadmill -
5 minute warm-up
5 minute 5.0
10 minute push from 5.0 - 6.0 (1 minute increases)
5 minute 5.0
5 minute walk
10 minute 5.2
10 minute cool down

My hamstrings and calves were defiantly talking back.
I talked myself into a monkey blitz (choc, peanut butter) protien shake instead of a MCD chocolate shake on the way home.

But I so caved for the olive burger and fries for dinner! LOL - since I skipped lunch it wasn't horrible in the calorie count - but gluten, beef, and cheese - and my stomach is back to grumbly.

I crashed early.
