If you need an excuse TO work out...

I am trying to keep my SparkStreak for daily exercise going. In 2013, I have a smiley face each day on the calendar so far. My SparkCoach assignment is to get rid of any excuses NOT to exercise, and they have links to several Daily Spark blogs that help (surprised I'd not already read these blogs - so thought I'd share them with you!)

I'm sure there are more resources on SP that help us stay on track - 10 minutes a day is a good start. Gradually work our way up as we get fitter. Studies have shown that 60-90 minutes a day helps with weight loss and eventual maintenance. It doesn't have to be done all in one setting - we can break it down into small amounts of time that fit our schedules.
My FitBit is really helping me to enjoy being less sedentary. Still aiming to get 10,000 steps a day - I'm not there consistently yet.

Let's stop making excuses and start living our lives as they can be - our dreams can come true. You can amaze yourself! Just take the first step.

    Thanks for sharing. Can you send me an email on what you think of the spark coach. I find myself yo yoing with eating healthy and weight. I continue to gain and lose the same 12 lbs.
