12 days until #42. Little by little I'm adding in things to my workout. This last week I was somewhat good and worked out 4 days, although Thursday I just did a 12-minute Tabata workout. (If you've never done Tabata workout, it's a KILLER! 12 minutes is PLENTY!)
This week I'm going to try and work out more and drink more water. I'm going to try and cut down on my Diet Mountain Dew consumption. That will be quite difficult, but every little bit helps. I've gotten it down to 1 20-ounce bottle a day and some days I don't even drink the whole bottle. I just need the caffeine!
If I went to bed at a decent hour, I wouldn't need the caffeine as much! That's another change I'm going to TRY and make! I'm sure I can function a lot better when I'm not half asleep.
Hoping for some warmer days this week, but it IS winter, after all!
