This morning, I woke with a really bad facial breakout continuing. Rosacea? Eczema? Not really sure. They did rule out Lupus with blood work in the last couple years, but it flares up every once in a while. I have had it for several days this week. At least since Wednesday. It does not respond well to the Rosacea medicine, so I just simply use the oil from inside a vitamin E capsule. Tonight's dosage should make it more normal by morning.
Because I suspect it could be wheat, I have begun cutting it out of my diet, and successfully did so today.
Breakfast: Oatmeal with apples and blueberries for breakfast
coffee
Snack: Coffee
Lunch: spring green salad, celery, broccoli, clementines, Italian dressing, Feta cheese
Afternoon snack: apple with cream cheese dip, banana.
Supper: leftover rice, cube steak, catsup, 2%milk
And I prepared a salad for me to take for work tomorrow.
This morning my back was whining, and we were enroute to church, so I took a full rest day.
Yes, I am determined. Perhaps if I cut back due to my skin, it will in turn help with my weight as well.
