So we had a full house at the hotel this weekend with three teams. That means lots of little messes everywhere. Guess what? I was the only one on for Public area. Mind you there were no conferences going on (Thank god) but I felt like I was running around picking up after everyone and their uncle, and the housekeepers. Sometimes I think the housekeepers make more of a mess in the halls then the guests. I got through it though but not without the front desk giving me some added fun with several deliveries of coffee, towels, and toilet paper.
Last week I didn't do so well in the walking adventure, or the staying below the 2000 calorie mark. I only managed to accomplish both of those goals for three days. That's three days though. My other goals I did do pretty good in except for housework. Gee I wonder why.
My goals for this week are:
90 minutes of writing
90 minutes of reading
90 minutes of housework
60 minutes of strength training
180 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range or below the 2000 calorie mark 6 of the 7 days.
My goals for Monday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 mintues of housework
10 minutes of strength training
45 mintues of cardio
staying with in calorie range or below the 2000 calorie mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
