NDB Day #6 or DAY OFF

Sunday, January 13, 2013

Who would like a day off? Guess what? You can have one!!! emoticon

I am at work with zero customers, one extra bartender, and no reservations. Looks like I'll be out by 10 PM. emoticon

To everyone who has been taking time to look in on me. And yes, I do realise the extra effort to keep checking up on me. Everyone can breath easy, grab some flavored water, have a lavender bath, and head to bed early. I'm not getting cocky or over confident, but I think this one is "IN the Books".

Thank you to all for your support and caring. You are the best friends ever!!! emoticon

Most withdrawals are gone. Insomnia broke last night. Fell asleep around 4:15AM, woke at 10, then back to sleep until 2 PM. That felt good. Headache is all but gone.

So very happy for you! Way to go! One moment at atime is how it gets done. You should be proud of your accomplishments. I will continue to pray and keep us posted when you need help!

Glad to hear that it is in the books and that the symptoms of withdrawal are settling down. I think you said tomorrow night was the next time you would need help, so I will plan on stopping by, checking in and sending support and good vibes at you!

All this time of you supporting me in my blogs, and I never thought to check yours ! I am so sorry for being such a crappy spark person ! I have went back and read a few of your blogs, dont really have the time to read all of them tonight (or I wouldnt be sleeping :P). I hope you enjoy the rest of your night, and you are doing a great job with not drinking ! I am glad that most of the withdrawls are gone, I have heard they can be quite horrible ! I am glad that the headache is gone and you got some sleep !

    Good news! emoticon

But I think I will feel easy in two more weeks; when this "habit" is finally broken.
