So another week begins...
Acheivements for Week One:
* Tracked food and Water for a whole week.
* Lost 4.4kg :) ;) :)
A few things i need to work on:
* Keeping the good food and water intake up over the weekends
* Doing a whole week of at least 30 mins worth of excersie a day.
I'll keep it small and steady, more acehiveabl eif i dont flood myself with dos and donts.
