This week was not the best week in terms of health, working out, or eating great. Which is pretty sad because it’s only my second week after new years! After Moss’ birthday last weekend I snacked on a little too much of this…
his tasty birthday cake!
And my workouts were a little off this week … one night the snow was so bad that I didn’t want to go back out and drive down our winding road. So I ended up doing yoga and light weights at home instead of a full body circuit workout at the gym. Then I got real sick on Friday. I think I had a stomach bug. I was a total bum on Friday and Saturday. I’m feeling much better today, so I will try to run, but I’m nervous that 8 miles might be pushing it after having over 101 temperature and not being able to hold any food down for the past 2 days. I guess I will just get out there and see how I feel.
So here is how my workouts went this past week.
Sunday: 7 mile run
Monday: Yoga and light weights at home (crazy snow this day)
Tuesday: Insanity max cardio conditioning
Wednesday: Full body circuit
Thursday: TapoutXT plyometrics
Friday: rest day
Saturday: sick and did not move or eat much
So this next week I’m going to really focus on my nutrition… I will reduce my snacking! I will log all my food and I will plan my meals! I’ll let you know how it goes.
