Visualization... does visualizing my goals really work? Sports psychologists say it does even if it seems silly. I think I am going to give it a try. Each day I am going to try to visualize my day in the areas of exercise and fitness. I am going to see myself make better food choices and run faster during my run. I'm going to see myself feeling good about the success of the day. I am going to recall what it feels like to be victorious over a craving. I'm going to see myself as strong, fast, powerful, happy and enjoying whatever I am doing.
I would love to know if you have tried this sports tool and if so, how has it worked for you?
