Weekly Goal Update of 1/6-1/12

This week has been going pretty well! There is some room for improvement.. but overall, I am happy with how the week went.
My weekly goals for January are:
Aim to burn 1,700 calories per week. - Not met... I reached 1,557. So I was close!
Work out 5 days a week - Met!
Complete each workout on the 28 day boot camp with Coach Nicole- Met!
Stay within my SP calorie range- Met! I'm proud of this..
Only weigh myself once a week (this will be the hardest part!) - Not met...
Drink 8 glasses of water a day: Not met... I've realized my body cannot handle more than 6 glasses of water. I can't stop going to the bathroom when I hit the 6 glasses mark. So, I think this goal needs to be tweaked to 6 glasses.
So, there were a few goals I didn't meet... But my first week consistently working out was pretty good.
I did so well saying no to special treats this week. It's been hard. But I'm determined to stay on track.
The biggest thing I can improve on is not taking a day off two days in a row. I did that this week and that could potentially ruin my motivation. So this week, I will not do that.
