Today marks my first full week returning to SP. Feels good to be back and following the plan. However... (big however) .... I am a bit disappointed to see that not only didn't I lose any weight, but gained 1.4 lbs. I am a newly re-recovering alcoholic, and have not had a drink for a week. I thought that alone would help me drop the pounds. I was consuming at least 750 calories in alcohol per day. I have stayed within my calorie range on SP and have been making healthier food choices. I DID manage to drop 1.5% body fat and 1/2 inch on my waist. At least that shows me some progress. My plan is to blog each week to show my progress.
