I've been eating modified carb/ low sugar for a year now, ever since my doctor told me to lose weight. That was the push that I needed. My goal was to fit in my mother's jeans. Now not only am I weating my mother's jeans but also my daughter's size medium tops. Now I'm working hard not to go back.
I made a plan of what I will eat this week. Entered in MS Word and printed & put it on the fridge. I'm not one to exercise but now I want to. Will do some exercises this week and we'll see if there are any minor results. I'm 42-33-42 now so we'll see!
