Hello Fellow Sparks,
So I had a slip yesterday and ate some things I should NOT have. Not like McDonald's or anything,..but my husband make Turkey pot pie with LOTS of gravy and fried up some tortilla's to make "chips. I had two helpings!
But I will say, since I have started Sparks...I have yet to drink any soda. Could that be one of the reasons why I've dropped some weight pretty fast???? Also yesterday, before I got into the shower, I weighed myself again. I had not realized that it had only been three days, but I wanted to see if anything had changed. It did. Another 3 lbs. Um....is that even normal? Don't get me wrong....I enjoy losing weight, but three more pounds in three days??? That's why I was wondering if it could be the LACK of pop/soda? I did hear that it could be extra water weight too??? Huh........
Anyhow....I woke up terribly sore today. I must have slept wrong. No...it's not from exercising because I did not do anything yesterday except attempt to drive in the Montana winter snow....to take my teenage daughter to the store. So, I am sure my aches are because I slept wrong. I'm more than sure to say, I need a new bed. My mother-in-law bought my husband and I this awful mattress. Seriously, it is awful. It's only about three inches thick, cannot be flipped because it has a board on the other side, and is awkward when you try to rotate it sideways. So, it is now forming to mine and my husbands bodies....and not in the good, expensive way those fancy mattresses do! Ouch!
Anyway...another day another pound! Yay
