Planning my healthy week

I always plan my meals and my exercise on Sundays.
This week will be a challenge to keep busy, I went to the local hospitals in search of some volunteer work, I had to fill out an application and give 3 local people who are not relatives for references, I don't really know many people here that are not related....lol
I need to get fresh freggies for the week as we ate a lot of them watching the football play offs, that was a good thing...the freggies not the playoffs....
I'm playing 2 crock pot recipes and 1 soup this week....I love these meals...DH not so much but he will eat them.....
Last week I bought Olive Garden croutons, I took a fast peek at the calories and thought 30 calories was not to bad and I needed something new to jazz up my salads....this afternoon to my surprise the calories were 30 for 1 serving and the serving size was 7 grams...which when weighed was 4 croutons.....yep 4 croutons, that was a real surprise to me....I'm going to get DH on a crouton kick, other wise it will take me several years to eat them all.....lol
another reason to take time to read those labels....another lesson learned....I was just thinking for super bowl Sunday, I'll take a huge salad with a big side bowl of croutons....the kids will love them
