Making good choices :)

I am tracking my food, making dinner plans and preparing lunches for next week that are healthy and very easily trackable. I made a pot full of bulgur to divide into Mason jars for healthy salads for the week. My main focus for the next weeks will be to get enough fiber in my diet, so help lower the cholesterol and to exercise regularly.
