Jan 13/13 - It is the start of week two. I hope to continue to do as well as last week. I have done my menu planning for the week and am ready to go shopping. My fridge has not had so much healthily food in it for a long time. (it feels good to see that)
Jan15/13 - I didn't do so great yesterday no exercise. I did get out today and bye 3 new fitness CD,s. I have tried one tonight and only made it for 20 min. I will try for longer tomorrow.
I am off to make a new recipe again tonight one with butternut squash. My first time making squash so we'll see if I like it.
Great for you trying new things. I remember when I started we had tubs & tubs of veggies in fridge and chicken. Lol I was afraid to cook anything but chicken in those days., Lol For about 8 weeks we had some kind of chicken and veggies every night. But I heard no complaining from Hubby because it was a new thing me cooking everynight. I ususally cooked just twice a week.
Now I have a better balance but I have to laugh at myself and those days. I started in Aug 2012. But I have been slow to try new veggies, I am just now starting to do that. Also I have to figure out some good fish recipes, because I rarely cook fish. Not that we don't like it, just I don't know how to cook it much without sauces. So trying to learn that part now. Keep up the great work changing your food choices, you will be glad you did. 1449 days ago
