Well so far I 'm staying committed to my fitness and weight loss goals. Tracking my
food and fitness each day. I even did a couple of online workout videos here. Two statements was giving to me this past week.
1 -Weight loss begins in the kitchen and muscles are made on the mat.
2- I don't have to be great to start....but I have to start to be great.
