Sorry this is a little late but it was a busy week. One of my relatives passed away so I didn't have time to post this as soon as I wanted to.
Starting weight- 254.4
Bellybutton- 50 inches
Waist- 40.25
Hips- 51
Thigh- 29
Calf- 17
Forearm- 11
Upper Arm- 16
Neck- 16.25
Bust- 45.5
Ribcage- 40
I need to add that my doctor recommended to take chromium daily due to the fact that I do not burn carbs that well. So far I have noticed that I'm not craving sugary stuff or bread that much as I used to. That's a good sign!
I started taking the chromium on Monday and I plan on doing my workout today due to last week.
