Well I just finished 5 weeks on this elimination diet- This past week, I re-introduced soy products Mon thru Thurs. No reactions- Tomorrow gluten thru Thurs. (no soy)-then the following Mon thru Thurs-eggs and the following Mon thru Thurs dairy. In 5 weeks, I have lost 22 lbs and am really starting to feel better. Most anxious to see what bothers me. At 73 years of age, I have tried so many things and have lost hundreds of pounds (yes- hundreds). I know I have some food sensitivities but never sure what. Hopefully, by next month emoticon I will know and that; will help me move beyond and finally control my weight for good. Hope everyone has a GREAT day and week- until the next time
