Get back on the healthy eating wagon. I was just thinking over the last week and I have been using my not feeling good to not eat good for me things. Do not even want to get on the scale on Tuesday LOL!!
I understand why I do not feel like exercising but did I really need to fall off of the eating well wagon?? The answer is no.............just one more excuse in my list of excuses. I guess realization is one step closer to fixing the problem
I will start eating better.
I will do some form of exercise even if I am sitting in a chair lifting hand weights.
I will take time for me to be healthier.
I will get past this!!!!!
